SAFIBRA announces separation from NBG Holding and new ownership structure

After 14 years of successful cooperation, there is a change in the ownership structure of our company, and SAFIBRA is no longer part of the NBG Holding group.

This decision was made after careful consideration and in line with our long-term strategic plan. We would like to take this opportunity to thank NBG Holding and its owners and employees for the productive years of mutual cooperation, which enabled us to achieve many significant successes and expand our business activities to a global level.

Despite the change in the ownership structure of our company, we remain business partners and look forward to continuing our cooperation with NBG Holding within the new opportunities that this change will bring.
