TwinBridge – a new era in bridge structure monitoring with Digital Twin and AI

We’ve launched a new website dedicated to TwinBridge – an innovative solution for monitoring the technical condition of bridges and other transport infrastructure.

What is TwinBridge Monitoring?

TwinBridge is an advanced structural health monitoring system developed by SAFIBRA, s.r.o. and Červenka Consulting s.r.o., in collaboration with external experts in mathematical modeling from the Czech Technical University. It integrates the concept of a digital twin with fiber-optic sensing and AI, providing continuous and detailed insight into the behavior of bridge structures – enhancing safety, improving reliability, and extending service life without the need for physical interventions.

The system is highly adaptable and can be customized for each project – from small road or railway bridges to large-scale transport infrastructure. In practice, TwinBridge enables early detection of critical deformations during regular operation, allowing timely intervention before serious damage occurs (e.g., due to water ingress). This leads to significant cost savings and improves overall maintenance efficiency.
